After an order, your team needs to direct the buyer to the right journey: checking its status or submitting a withdrawal request. Novelience provides two separate extensions. Choose according to the service you want to offer on your shop, and review the requirements before installation.
Compare uses
Guest Order Access for WooCommerce helps buyers view their order’s products, quantities, status and totals. When the order reference and checkout email match, a single-use link opens a short session. The limited summary leaves out addresses, customer notes, downloads and payment actions. It provides order information without creating a customer account.
Withdrawal retains the versioned policy captured on each order line at purchase. The buyer requests eligible quantities; staff approve or reject with a note and can review the audit trail. Hypothetical example: a request on a two-item line can concern just one unit. The extension never issues a refund automatically.
Install the module for the job you have identified. If you choose both, their workflows remain separate. No bridge between these journeys is included; a custom connection must be assessed separately.
You need active WooCommerce 8.7+, WordPress 6.3+, PHP 7.4+, a backup and a test environment. Check email delivery, HTTPS and guest-page cache exclusions. For Withdrawal, configure and assign policies; the extension does not determine the law applicable to your products.
